Guys this is the situation i found in Muhimbili national hospital! is it true that we cant afford buying beds for the patients?Are these people taken to the hospital to have their lives saved or to have them ended?

forget about the 50 years of Independence....should be 50 yrs of dependence. Trust me 50 yrs ago the situation in our hospitals was far beta than wat we av ryt nw....dat is Muhimbili, the only go-to place in Tanzania for health problems......and guys the situation is actually worse than dat....poor tanzania!!
Wat needs to be done: we shuld get serious in wateva we do....ask uaself; 30 land cruisers equals to how many beds????

and big question is this if this is the situation at the national hospital-muhimbili what is the situation to other hospital za mikoani na wilayani??????.guyz tunahitaji kuelimishana kuhusu hili.

Prof one bed costs about 100,000 tags a land cruiser costs 200,000,000. We cannot buy 200 beds instead of one car

not 200 beds, dats 2000 beds fo a land cruiser!! and tel me if we av 2000beds at once, I think no one shuld be sliping on the flo.

Ambassador we are going to do a tour kwenye mahospitali ya wilaya kujionea wenywe unkaribishwa. Mama ukipita kwenye any hospital NA ukakuta halo yoyote usisite kuleta humu

hii hali mimi binafsi nimejionea nina mgonjwa wangu hapo muhimbili nae ni mmoja wapo kati ya hao walalao chini,na hii ni kuongezeana magonjwa na usafi ni adimu kwa hali kama hii,muheshimiwa ukienda kuona wagonjwa wako pia pitia kwenye wodi kama hizi ujionee hali ya hospitali yetu ya taifa.

Huku ndio kusherekea miaka 50 ya uhuru tutachekwa ikiwa kama mambo kama haya yataonyeshwa kwa watawala wetu na hata dunia kwa ujumla,wakija wageni mbona vichefuchefu kama hamvionyeshi?Mnaonyesha sehemu zilizoboreshwa tu kwa nini?Aibu hosp ni sehemu muhimu sana katika nchi muheshimiwa unalijua hilo?

Nobody cares.
Because Tzns risk assessment of getting admitted for any reason is low. Most know hospitals r chafu overloaded and dont fanya a thing! Even you above DONT CARE! It is worse in other hospitals in terms of services. So all pt go to MNH.
Nobody cares. Once we start seriously paying tax. And paying 30% of our meager salary to insuarance. Things might only change if we respect each other to close all the loopholes!
So again YOU DONT CARE!
